Dr. John Hansill
Owner, Medical Director, Surgical Cosmetics
Dr. Hansill’s journey in the medical field began with a different role, as an emergency medicine nurse. His initial experience in nursing provided him with invaluable insights into the healthcare industry and a strong foundation in patient care. Driven by his passion for helping others, he decided to further his career by returning to medical school.
During his time at medical school, Dr. Hansill also dedicated a part of his life to doing missionary work in Costa Rica. This experience enriched his understanding of global healthcare needs and strengthened his commitment to giving back to underserved communities. This commitment to humanitarian work remains a fundamental aspect of his character.
Dr. Hansill then continued his medical journey with a residency at Bayfront Medical Center, where he specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and developed expertise in urogynecology. His dedication to women’s health and wellness was evident throughout his training.
Dr. Stephen Ducker
Medical Doctor
Dr. Stephen Ducker has a background in health and exercise physiology for which he received both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Oral Roberts University and Oklahoma State University respectively. After working in the field of health, fitness, and weight loss, he retrained to become a registered nurse and worked in the emergency room setting. Continuing with his education, he received a master’s degree in anesthesia from Barry University in Miami and worked as a nurse anesthetist at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. After many years of anesthesia, he decided to become a physician, attending medical school at the University of Health Sciences in Antigua West Indies. Upon graduation, Dr. Ducker trained for two years in pathology and cell biology at the University of South Florida. He subsequently worked as a general practice physician, taking care of a variety of adult patients of all ages in multiple clinical settings. In addition to his formal education and training, he has received certifications in aesthetics and hormone replacement.
Lisa Wesley
APRN, MSN, RN, FNP-BC
BHRT Hormone Specialist, Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Lisa double majored in Biology and Nursing with an Undergraduate Degree from Texas Woman’s University Dallas, Texas. Lisa completed her education at Indiana University at Southbend, Indiana where she obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Lisa has over 25 years of Family Practice, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Diabetes Education Instructor and running a Wellness Center for medical weight loss.
Lisa is also a Certified Injector providing medical aesthetics service after she completed training in Advanced Cosmetic Injection Techniques. Her clinical interests are medical aesthetics and helping her clients look and feel their best.
For the past 4 years Lisa has specialized in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, or BHRT, for women and men. Lisa takes great pride in caring for her patients and truly listening to their needs. Lisa completed her advanced BHRT training in Southlake, Texas and a secondary certification in Largo, Florida. Last year Lisa helped J&J Aesthetics earn #1 New clinic for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy within Biote.
Jennifer Wirth
RN, Medical Aesthetician
Jennifer has been in the health and medical field in various modalities for 20 years. She began as a LMT, then a health coach and personal trainer. She continued her education to become a registered nurse specializing in postpartum. She is currently a licensed electrologist, laser hair removal technician, and medical aesthetician. She has a passion for helping people feel and look their best and find holistic solutions to their health, inside and out.
Jennifer brings her knowledge of health and fitness, medical experience, and aesthetics to help each client reach their goals. She is passionate about skincare, anti-aging, nutrition, and exercise. When not in the office she focuses her time on her two beautiful children and enjoying her hobbies of boating, volleyball, and spending time outdoors.
She specializes in:

Jessica Hansill

Jessica Hansill’s journey in healthcare began as a labor and delivery nurse, where she played a crucial role in bringing new life into the world and supporting families during one of the most transformative experiences of their lives. Her nurturing and caring approach was a hallmark of her nursing career, and she has carried these qualities forward into her role at J&J Aesthetics. As the CEO, registered nurse (RN), and Co-Owner of J&J Aesthetics, she has brought her expertise and unwavering passion for helping others to the field of aesthetic medicine.
